Shipping policy

If a product is listed as Pre-Order, the product will be shipped once inventory is on hand plus order processing time (1-3 days). The estimated shipment date listed on the product webpage when a product is in Pre-Order status. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

If inventory is available and a product is listed as "Buy", orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

High volume of orders may impact processing times. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been provided to the third party shipping service.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders above $50 qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at psteiner523@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
